Complete git diff reviewed (ALL changed files, not just expected ones). All installed packages audited for vulnerabilities. No typosquatting in new dependencies. Auth and security configuration unchanged (or changes reviewed). Environment files not modified unexpectedly. Bundle size acceptable after new dependencies. No orphaned event listeners or subscriptions. All tests pass (including unrelated features). No debugging artifacts in code. Configuration files reviewed for unexpected changes. Terminal history reviewed for side effects. Package.json lock file committed. Build succeeds in production mode. Workaround code removed or documented
